Plan for less stress with specific goals and needs in mind by creating your personal mandala.  Examine and re-evaluate the life priorities that are tugging at you through simple drawing, writing, and reflection exercises.  Methods are based on the work of Lucia Capacchione, Ph.D., R.E.A.T., author of Drawing Your Stress Away.  Participants find this workshop fun but powerful.  No art talent needed!
