Statewide Summer Reading Program

Must be completed by Saturday, August 11th

To complete the requirements for the summer reading program simply:

*1. Read/be read to at least a total of 8 hours by August 11th.

*2. Complete a simple book review about ONE of the books you read or heard and bring it in to the library by August 11th.

(Book review forms available at the library and online)

The FUN stuff: Beginning JULY 9th

FOR EVERY HOUR OF READING/BEING READ TO

1. Pick out a coupon from the notebook.

2. Pick out a game sheet. 3. Receive a raffle ticket.

* You are now officially invited to our GRAND CELEBRATION!

DATE: Friday, August 17th

TIME: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

PLACE: Chestnut Hill Community School Auditorium/Cafeteria

PERFORMANCE: The Stand-Up Chameleon, Jackson Gillman

Followed by food and a free book for all the children who completed the program

(If you complete the program and do not make the party, please pick up your book afterwards at the library).

Sponsored by the Clapp Memorial Library, the Friends of the Clapp Memorial Library, the Massachusetts Regional Library Systems, and the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.
