Logging in...
If you are a registered borrower at any of the full
member C/W MARS libraries, you can log in to review your library record online.
Your record lists the materials you have checked out, outstanding request you
have for library materials, and any fines you may owe. You can also renew and
request materials online. Through Ecommerce, you can now pay fines,
replacement book costs or other fees of $5.00 or more online using your Visa,
MasterCard, American Express or Discover. You can also make a donation to your
local library!
Each time you use this service, you will need to type in your library card
number and a Personal Identification Number (PIN). The first time you access
your record online, you will be prompted to choose a PIN. Your PIN can contain
numbers, letters, or a combination of both, not to exceed 30 characters.
If you forget your PIN, go to the Circulation Desk at a full member library for
assistance. The librarian will ask for a positive form of identification before
resetting (deleting)
your PIN
(after which you can select a new PIN the
next time you log in).
Username
In most instances, your barcode has been used as your username. Be sure to
include any capitalized leading letters on barcodes. If you have had multiple
barcodes on your record, you may need to contact your library to find which
barcode was used or reset your login.
Example: D511100001 , 27495000100001
ATTENTION PATRONS: If you were an existing patron prior to May 28, 2012, and have NOT logged into your account successfully since that date, you must enter your password as your LAST NAME, using all upper case letters. Example: SMITH. If this is not successful, please contact your local librarian.
